Our Print-on-Demand Policy
 
All products sold by The Veiled Lotus are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment process.
Each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because products are custom-made and not held in inventory, we are unable to accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

No Refunds or Exchanges
 
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Minor variations in print placement, color, or garment appearance

 
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions and sizing information before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items. We stand behind the quality of our products.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Defective due to a manufacturing issue

  • Printed incorrectly

  • Different from the item ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Clear photographs showing the issue
     

Upon review and verification, we will either:

  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund for the affected item
     

The resolution method will be determined at our discretion based on the circumstances.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are generally not eligible for refunds. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the situation.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production.
If you need assistance with a recently placed order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in the suspension of future purchasing privileges.

We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns fairly and professionally.
